摘要
利用均匀试验设计及其数据处理软件建立相应的数学模型，合成以硼酸钙为碱库的磺酸盐清净剂，并与相应的高碱性磺酸钙清净剂对比，评价了水解稳定性、氧化稳定性、热稳定性和摩擦磨损等性能。在所有的对比试验中，硼化磺酸盐清净剂均显示了较好的特性。
The sulfonate detergents which contain calcium borates as an alkaline reservoir were synthesized with using even test design and its data processing software to set up proper mathematical model.The hydrolytic stability,oxidation stability,thermal stability,and friction and wear characteristics of the synthesized detergents were evaluated in comparison with conventional calcium sulfonate overbased detergent.In all tests,the boronised sulfonate detergents showed better performances in comparison with the conventional ones.
