摘要
目的探讨微生态学检查法在研究中医湿热证患者舌苔微生物群变化中的应用。方法制备舌苔涂片,革兰染色后置显微镜下直接镜检,制定量化标准观察并记录各种细菌的密集度及多样性数据。结果舌苔细菌密集度湿热证组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌多样性构成无统计学意义(P>0.05);湿热证组舌苔中无论是真菌的例数或是种类明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微生态学涂片检查方法不需昂贵设备,操作简单,比较培养法更能体现出其节省试验时间及费用的优势,但关键在于定位取样以及对各种微生物群数量、多样性指标量化的制定。
Objective To explore the application on tongue fur micro-ecosystem of damp-heat syndrome with mieroecology. Methods 59 patients with damp-heat syndrome yellowish fur and 36 patients with white fur were included study. Preparation of tongue fur smears were examined with microscope after Gram stain, The standard of quantitative was formulated, and data of bacterial concentration and diversity was recorded. Results The bacterial concentration of tongue fur in the damp-heat syndrome group was greatly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), bacterial diversity showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ), both the total number and types of fungal of tongue fur in the damp-heat syndrome group was significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Examination of microccology smears is advantages in the cheaper facilities and easier operation as well as time-saving and expense compared with the culture method. The key point of this method lies in the localization and the formulation of quantitative of number of microorganism and diversity index.
