摘要 在总结半固态制浆技术基础上,试验研究了一种新型半固态浆料制备方法——Sin函数冷却法。结果表明,当低过热2A12铝合金熔液流经正弦波形装置时,熔液受到型壁激冷形核,同时液流受到正弦波形约束发生强烈搅拌,最终得到了圆整均匀的半固态铝合金组织。 Preparation of semi-solid 2A12 aluminum was carried out by a novel method-sine function cooling method.The semi-solid microstructure with spheroidized structure of the alloy can be obtained,which is attributed to the chilling nucleation of aluminum melt by mold wall and intense stirring effects of sine wave on the melt in process of low-heated 2A12 aluminum alloy melt flowing sine wave equipment,showing the availability of the method.
