Combined with practical need, construction management experience and related technical standard requirement, several aspects need noticed of the highway small bridge and culvert construction in winter were detail introduced, therefore guaranteed winter construction engineering quality and accelerated construction progress, which created conditions for completing engineering construction guaranteeing both quality and quantity.
