摘要
介绍了一种基于各向异性磁阻(AMR)传感器HMC1002的物理机理,并说明其测量原理和外围信号处理电路。研制了基于AMR传感器HMC1002的车辆探测器。当车辆驶过探测器上方时,车辆的存在将会引起周围磁场的变化,AMR传感器输出将发生相应的变化,根据AMR传感器的输出可判断周围空间内车辆的运动状态,对该探测器的特性进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:当车辆分别沿南北向通过AMR传感器时,传感器输出变化规律不同;当车辆分别以不同的速度通过AMR传感器时,传感器输出变化规律也不同,该探测器可实现车辆探测。
The physical mechanism of the anisotropic magnetoresistive sensor HMC1002 is introduced, the measuring mechanism and its signal processing circuit are described. When a vehicle is moving over the detector, the surrounding magnetic field changes due to vehicle disturbance, and the output of the AMR sensor changes accordingly. The state of the vehicle can be judged based on the AMR sensor' s output ,the sensor characteristic is tested :when the vehicle detected is moving over the detector along different directions ( south-north ), the output changes are different;and when the vehicle detected is moving over the detector along different speed, the output changes also are different, the result shows that this detector can realize vehicle detection.
