乳腺癌化疗患者生存质量测定表考评QLICP-BR版评估 被引量：2

摘要 目的应用癌症病人生命质量测定量表-乳腺癌量表/QLICP-BR并对其进行考评。方法通过考察114例女性乳腺癌患者的生存质量对QLICP-BR量表进行评价。结果主要对效度,信度,反应度三方面进行考评,量表保持较好的内容效度;主要采用重测信度,四个领域两次重测信度均在0.72以上,第一次与第二次测定的得分均数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);除症状和/或副作用领域外,在化疗后短期内身体机能、精神心理、社会活动领域显示生存质量得分的变化,得分显示治疗前后差异有统计学意义。结论该量表文化背景适宜,效度、信度、反应度较理想,可作为我国乳腺癌患者生存质量的测评工具。
