摘要
以中原原油直馏馏分为原料，用尿素络合法制得纯度较高的轻液体石蜡和低凝点煤油．研究络合反应温度、尿素用量、搅拌器转速、反应时间、络合物洗涤次数和洗涤剂用量等工艺参数对产品质量和收率的影响，得出适宜的生产条件．轻液体石蜡收率可达３７％，产品质量符合二级标准．脱蜡油收率为５９％左右，凝点低于６０℃．
High purily light liquid paraffin and low condensing point kerosene are produced by urea complex using Zhongyuan crude oil distilling cut as raw materials. The effect of process parameters such as complex temperature,quantity of urea,stirring rotation rate,reaction time,washing times and the quantity of washing agent on product quality and yield is studied, the suitable production conditions are gained. Light liquid paraffin yield can be achieved to 37 % and its quality is accordant to No. 2 grade specification. Deparaffin oil yeild can be achieved to 59 % and its condensing point is lower than 60 ℃.
