摘要
在硫酸介质中,Cr(Ⅵ)将5-溴水杨基荧光酮(5-BSAF)氧化成最大吸收峰为494nm的有色产物,其表观摩尔吸光系数为3.67×104L/(mol·cm),Cr(Ⅵ)量在0~15mg/25L范围内服从比耳定律。用此法测定了电镀废液中微量Cr,回收率为98.5%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.6%
The 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-(5-bromosalicyl)-fluorone(5-BSAF) is oxidated by Cr(Ⅵ) in the medium of sulfuric acid and the coloured compound is formed with the maximum absorption 4.94 nm,its apparent molar photoabsorptivity is 3.67×10~4 L/(mol·cm),the amount of Cr(Ⅵ) in the range of 0~15 mg/25 L is obeyed to Beer's law.This method is used to determine the trace Cr(Ⅵ) in electrodeposit waste water,the recovery is 98.5%~103%,and the relative standard deviation is 2.6%.
