摘要
主要介绍了新型高固体份(可达98%)的二液型聚氨酯(PU)树脂,体系中几乎不含有机溶剂,是环保产品。用该树脂制备的合成革具有高度仿真性,几乎可以替代天然皮革。简要介绍了在超细纤维合成革应用方面的优缺点,并进行了展望。
A new environment friendly high-solids two-component polyurethane resin, in which almost no organic solvent existed and non-volatilization was about 98%, was introduced. The leather made using this resin had high simulation and was almost as a substitute to the natural leather. The characteristics and prospects of this PU resin applied in micro-fibre synthetic leather were presented briefly.
