摘要
采用硅线石、蓝晶石和高岭土为主要原料,用泡沫法试制了隔热耐火制品。解决了泡沫泥料的稳定性问题。制品结构均匀,体积密度低,耐压强度高,隔热性能好,适用于使用温度高或含碳还原气氛的窑炉炉衬。
An insulating refractory product trial-produced by means of foaming method with sillimanite, kyanite and kaolinas raw material possesses good properties of even and fine structure, low bulk density, high compression strength andfavourite insulating performances. It is applicable for kiln and furnace lining working under high temperature and atreduction atmosphere.
