摘要
围绕国家实验教学示范中心的建设,结合学校的实际,提出了理论教学、科研和实验教学相结合的实验室运行机制,介绍了实验室开放管理形式,同时结合实验教学的特点,提出了对实验课教师和教学辅助人员实行"量"和"质"相结合的考评机制。
Associated with the construction of national level experimental teaching demonstration center and practice of our university, the laboratory operational system of combining theory teaching and research with experimental teaching was put forward and an opening laboratory managerial model was introduced. Combining with the characteristics of experimental teaching, an evaluation system based on quantity and quality for teachers and assist teachers was put forward.
