摘要
概述了吡虫啉（ｉｍｉｄａｃｌａｐｒｉｄ）在蔬菜上残留量的测定方法。样品以二氯甲烷为提取剂，氧化铝柱净化，反相高效液相色谱法测定。空白样品添加０００３～０００９ｍｇ的平均回收率为８９３０％～９５６７％。最终残留量均低于００１ｍｇ／ｋｇ。降解半衰期２１～２９天。
The method of degradation and residual determination of imidacloprid was summarized.Residues of imidacloprid were extracted from a vegetable by dichloromethane,purified by Al2O3 column,and then analysed by a high preformance liquid chromatographic method.The recovery for residue determination from vegetables was 89.30～95.67%.The last residue was lower than 0.01 mg/kg.The degradation half life was about 2.1～2.9 days.
