摘要
采用反相液相色谱法，选用ＫＲＯＭＡＳＩＬ１００Ａ°Ｃ１８５μ色谱柱，以甲醇＋水（８６＋１４）为流动相和紫外检测器（２５４ｎｍ），对齐螨素乳油中的有效成分进行反相色谱分离和测定。本方法变异系数为１９％，平均回收率为９９７％。线性相关系数为０９９７８。
The quantitative analysis of abamectin by HPLC with KROMASIL C18column at UV 254nm was introduced.The result showed that coefficients of variation,linear correlation and the average recovery were 1.9%,0.9978 and 99.7%,respectively.The method is simple,accurate and convenient.
