摘要
农民增收问题是我国"三农"问题的核心问题,也是我国全面建设小康社会进程中必须解决的重大问题。作为湖北省的农业大市,黄冈市农民增收形势较为严峻。本文从黄冈市农民收入增长的基本情况出发,探讨了当前黄冈市农民增收面临的挑战,并从构建农民合作经济组织、发展乡村旅游、提高农民素质等方面提出了促进黄冈市农民增收的几点看法。
Increasing farmers＇ income is the core of ＂ three dimensional rural problems＂, and is the important problem which should be resolved in the process of building a well - off society in China. As a big agricultural city in Hubei province, Huanggang city is facing serious challenges in increasing farmers＇income. Starting from the basic state of farmers＇ineome increasing in Huanggang city, the paper discusses the main problems of increasing farmers＇ income, and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of constructing farmer cooperative economic organiztions, developing rural tourism and rasing farmers＇ quality, etc.
