摘要
科学的采样能使残留实验得到接近采样目标真实残留量的数据,直接影响残留量是否超标的界定和采样的代表性。提出了采样的原则和方法、影响因素及实际操作中的采样方案;介绍了国际通用的采样准则,解释采样误差的原因,提出应加强对采样过程的质量控制,为采样标准化的建立提供理论支持。
Normative sampling can ensure result close to real data and affect the judgement of residues and representative sample, this paper describes guidelines and methods, factors, material protocols about sampling procedure; introduces international guidelines on sampling, explains sampling error, strengthens sampling quality control, provides a theoretical basis for sampling standardization.
