摘要
目的:探讨银杏叶提取物对实验性心肌梗死大鼠冠状动脉侧支血管生成的影响及其机制。方法:将30只实验性大鼠随机分成银杏叶提取物组(A组),肝素对照组(B组),模型组(C组),建立心肌缺血模型,15d后检测缺血梗死面积、缺血梗死边缘区VEGF、bFGF的表达量。结果:A组缺血梗死面积小于B组、C组,缺血梗死边缘区VEGF、bFGF的表达量增加。结论:银杏叶提取物能促进心肌缺血大鼠冠状动脉侧支血管的生成,对缺血心肌具有保护作用。
Objective: To stimulate angiogenes effect and mechanism of Ginkgo biloba extract on coronary collateral developments in the hearts of experimental myocardial infarction rats were studied. Methods: 30 myocardial infarction rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, lO rats in group A were treated with Ginkgo biloba extract, l0 rats in group B were treated with heparin, and 10 rats in group C were treated with 0.9% normal saline as control.Infarct area, the contents of VEGF, Bfgf in the edge of infarct section were measured after 6 weeks treating. Results: Infarct area in group A was obviously less than that in groups C, the contents of VEGF, bFGF in the edge of infarct section in group were significantly increased compared with those in group C. Conclusions: Ginkgo biloba extract can stimulate angiogenesis of the collateral branch of coronary in ischemic myocardium of rats and show good a protection on myocardial ischemia.
