摘要
目的:研究香芪颗粒对双黄连颗粒抗免疫抑制小鼠感染的协同作用。方法:小鼠灌服双黄连颗粒或香芪颗粒与双黄连颗粒同时灌服,皮下注射环磷酰胺和(或)氢化可的松,然后肺内或腹腔注射所试菌株,观察单用双黄连颗粒和香芪颗粒与双黄连颗粒合用,对免疫抑制感染小鼠死亡率的影响。结果:香芪颗粒与双黄连颗粒联合用药,可显著降低免疫抑制感染小鼠的死亡率,作用优于单用双黄连颗粒组。结论:香芪颗粒与双黄连颗粒具有显著地协同抗菌作用。
Objective:Study on the synergistic effect of Xiangqi granules and Shuanghuanglian granules on anti-immunosuppressive mice infections. Methods:Mice fed with Shuanghuanglian Granules or Xiangqi granules and Shuanghuanglian granules mixed for 12 days with subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide and(or) hydrocortisone,and then intrapulmonary or intraperitoneal injection of the tested strains to observe the different effects of Shuanghuanglian granules group and Xiangqi granules mixed with Shuanghuanglian granules group on immunosuppressive mice mortality. Results:Xiangqi granules mixed with Shuanghuanglian granules United medication,can significantly reduce the immune suppression in mice infected with mortality,the role is better than alone Shuanghuanglian granules group. Conclusion:Xiangqi granules and Shuanghuanglian granules have a significant synergistic antibacterial effect.
