摘要
以前,由于认识不足和意识形态的原因,河南的民间文化类非物质文化遗产并没有得到很好的保护.近几年,由于国家保护非物质文化遗产的政策以及河南文化旅游发展对民间文化发掘、保护的推动,河南民间文化资源保护的情况已经大为好转.政府已经把民间文化的保护和开发作为中原文化崛起的一种希望,因此如何把民间文化资源进行产业化开发,把河南民间文化的资源优势转化为经济优势,如何处理民间文化在产业化开发中可能遇到的一些问题,成为现阶段急需解决的问题.
In recent years, owing to the policy of protecting the intangible cultural heritage and the folk culture exploration and protection promoted by the development of Henan＇ s culture tourism, the folk culture resources protection of Henan has been improved a lot. Protection and exploration of folk culture are regarded as the hope of the rise of the Central Plains culture by the government. So how to explore folk culture resources industrially, how to turn the advantage of Henan folk culture resources into economic advantages and how to deal with the potential problems encountered in the industrial development of folk culture have become the urgent issues to be solved currently.
