摘要
从合作的本质和意义入手,针对中国高等教育实际情况,要完成高等教育培养目标,提出中国高等教育教学管理需要引入可持续发展,而要实现可持续发展,需要在教师中引入合作机制。并分析了中国高等教育教师为什么需要合作,也分析了目前高等教育教师合作的现状,和需要合作的现实意义,从而就为如何提高高等教育教学质量,实现教学管理可持续发展这个问题,提出中国高等教育教师应该怎样合作的一些个人观点。
Based on the nature and significance of cooperative approach, in view of the actual saturation of China＇s higher education, to complete the training target of higher education, sustainable development should be introduced, which should be achieved under cooperation mechanisms. This is an analysis of the necessity, the current status and the significance of teacher＇s cooperation, and a delivery of personal opinion about improving the quality of teaching and achieving sustainable development in management in higher education.
