摘要
针对掘进机的特殊工作环境,为了保证机器的正常运转,减少油温升高对系统工作的影响,设计了合理有效的液压回路。同时提高液压系统的加工精度和装配质量,提出正确的使用方法,对提高生产率有重要意义。
Designed effective and reasonable hydraulic pressure loop basing on especial employment environment, the tunnel borer, which assure natural operation of machine and reduce the effect of system operation root in oil temperature rise. At the same time , improved machining precision and assemble quality about hydraulic pessure, advanced correct use method. It is important meaning that these measure were relative to improve productivity.
