摘要
分析了电牵引采煤机调高液压系统存在的问题,找出轴向柱塞泵和调高电磁换向阀失效的原因;从降低采煤机故障率的角度出发,提出了调高液压系统采用齿轮泵和电液控制换向阀的改进方案。
The existing problems were analyzed in the electrical haulage shearer hydraulic system, find out the failure causes of the axial piston pump and height adjustment solenoid directional control valve, from the view of the lower shearer failure rate point, put forward to improve the program of using the gear pump and electro- hydraulic control reversing in the height adjustment hydraulic system.
