摘要
针对法兰盘零件的结构特点,分析了法兰盘成形加工时因压肋和翻边顺序不同而影响零件质量的2个工艺方案,选择了先压肋后翻边的方案,并对其中最有特点、涉及参数也最多的内孔外缘翻边工序进行详细设计。从零件的生产来看,工艺设计是符合生产实际的,并取得了较高的经济效益。
The different flange - deforming orders of the rib - pressing process and the flanging one will deeply effect the quality of the element. After an analysis on two types of the process scheme acorrding to the structural feature, the one that takes rib - pressing before flanging is chosed, and the inner & outward fringe flanging process will be amplified as it was the most featured and parameters involved. The technical design is confirmed by actual production and it has good economic benefit.
