摘要
为了确保超细长轴的加工质量,根据企业现有条件和生产实际状况,从工艺系统优化角度分析,通过对正、反向切削时工件变形进行的受力分析,建立了工件在切削力作用下产生弯曲变形的解析模型。采用各种简易的车削装置进行反向切削,并配以合理的刀具几何参数及切削用量来提高轴的刚性,优化了加工工艺,经实践取得满意效果。
