摘要
针对调节阀在流量计量及检定中产生的流场扰动问题,采用皮托管对管道中流体扰动的分布情况进行了研究。通过分析皮托管动压信号的方式,提出了一种基于功率谱密度(PSD)分布的调节阀扰动信号分析新方法。首先利用皮托管对相同流量不同开度及相同开度不同流量下的总压及静压信号进行测量,然后经过计算得到动压信号并进行归一化处理;其次,对归一化处理后的动压信号进行功率谱分析,取得了较好的频域分布结果;同时定义了信号的平均能量,并将其应用到了调节阀扰动信号的分析中。上述研究为深入了解调节阀对管道内流体的扰动现象、进一步揭示调节阀流场扰动对流量计量及检测带来的问题提供了有力的参考。
To overcome the flow fields disturbance difficulties of the regulating valve in flow measurement and test,the fluid disturbance distribution in the pipeline was studied with the pitot tube.A novel method was proposed based on the total pressure of pitot tube and power spectral density(PSD).The total and of the pitot tube were measured when the opening of the regulating valve was changed with keeping the flowrate fixed as well as unchanged the opening of the regulating valve with invariable flowrate.Then,the dynamic pressure signals were analysed with the method of PSD after computed and normalized and a better result of frequency-domain distribution was obtained.In addition,the average energy was defined and used for the analyzing of disturbance signals of regulation valve.These researchment give a helpful reference for people to get a more in-depth understanding of disturbance phenomena of regulation valve and to reveal the problem of flow measurement and test brought by regulation valve further.
