摘要
小约瑟夫.奈提出国家软实力概念后,引起了人们广泛的注意。但是,由于对奈的观点的不同理解和对概念的不同使用,每个研究者对国家软实力进行了不同的解读。我国学者的相关研究主要集中在对概念的阐释、讨论软实力与硬实力的相互关系,并探索如何构建中国国家软实力的路径这三个方面。我们认为,在国家软实力的构成要素中,政治文化是核心,构建中国国家软实力的路径选择可以从政治文化这个核心出发。
The concept of National Soft Power put forward by Joseph S. Nye, Jr. attracted extensive attentions. Because of different comprehensions and employments of concept, however, every researcher unscrambles National Soft Power differently. The researches from Chinese scholars focus on three aspects, such as illustrating the concept, discussing the relations between soft power and hard power, and exploring how to construct China＇ s National Soft Power. Here, this paper claims that the political culture is the core of the constituent elements of National Soft Power, and we may construct China＇s National Soft Power proceeding from the core, namely political culture.
