摘要
社区卫生组织构架在一国既有社区基础上的与基本卫生制度相关联,同时又有着自身发展规律。在考察英国、美国、德国社区卫生组织治理模式和运行机制,并总结其基本规律的基础上,本文认为我国社区卫生组织治理机制存在诸多缺陷,需进一步改进和完善。
Community Health Organization （CHO）, based on the existing communities of respective countries, is not only significantly influenced by countries＇ health system, but also has its own development track. Through the examination of governance model and operation mechanisms of typical countries including American, British and German CHO s, the paper comes into a summary about their experiences and implications for China, and thereby, a systematical analysis Chinese governance deficiencies is provided, based on which, both by referring to international experiences and grounding at Chinese context, the paper gives suggestions on improving and advancing Chinese governance system of CHO.
