摘要
本文针对目前辊压线机组生产出来的型钢两侧竖直壁部分形状改变大,断面毛刺多的问题,进行了研究和探索,提出了新型在线剪切方式。同时,基于剪切原理,使用DEFORM 3D软件进行了弹塑性大变形有限元数值模拟,得出了剪切力和剪切行程,减小了型钢断面变形,并提高了型钢的断面质量。经实践证明,原理正确,结构简单。
A lot of research have been made in order to solve the problem of large strain and excessive burr in the section of profiled bar produced by roll forming line, and a new pattern of online cutting has been put forward. At the same time, based on the cutting principles,an elastic-plastic large deformation finite element numerical simulation has been made by using DEFORM 3D software with the shear stress and trip obtained,which not only reduces the strain, but also improves the quality greatly. This pattern is proved to be correct and simple by practice.
