大型焊件残余应力严重影响工件尺寸精度,通过振动时效技术在压力机焊接机身上的试验及应用,说明该技术在消除焊件残余应力中收到明显成效。
The rest stress in the big welding part can badly influence the precision of the work piece. The test of the vibrating time technology in the press has been adopted, which proves the effects of the application of this technology in reducing the rest stress.
