摘要
目的 探讨精神发育迟滞(MR)女性性自卫能力的量化评定。方法 对“性自卫能力评定量表(CSSD)”进行现场测试,分析其信度和效度。结果 CSSD具有良好的内部一致性和稳定性、结构合理、与智力测验和智残评定结果较为一致,其界限值所划分的不同法定能力等级与专家鉴定结论间也高度一致。结论 CSSD值得在我国MR性自卫能力的鉴定实践中不断完善并推广应用。
Objective: To develop a rating scale, CSSD, for assessment of sexual defense ability in patient with mental retardation. Methods: A field trial of CSSD, was carried out for evaluation of its validity and reliability. Results; The reliability and validity of CCSD was good enough for clinical use, and the decision by CCSD cut-off point at >/= 20 was similar to the evaluation by experts. Conclusion: CCSD will be useful for the evaluation of sexual defensive ability of mental retardation patient.
