摘要
我国生物质资源丰富,发展生物质能带来的温室气体减排量是相当大的,执行清洁发展机制(CDM Clean Develop-ment Mechanism),既促进生物质能利用技术的发展和推广,又利于全球温室气体减排。文章简要介绍了清洁发展机制(CDM)的背景情况,在概述了CDM项目开发要点与流程基础上,就农林生物质直燃发电CDM项目开发的关键点,如项目额外性、适用的方法学、基准线确定、减排量计算等进行了深入的分析,提出了对应的工作原则与方法。
Development of biomass resources which are abundant in china has great benefit to reduction of greenhouse gas. The execution of CDM （Clean Development Mechanism） not only promotes the development of biomass technology but also has benefit to the reduction of greenhouse gas of the world. The background of CDM is introduced, and points of agriculture and forest biomass direct combustion power generation project based on CDM such as additionality, methodology, baseline definition and reduction calculation etc. , are analyzed based on the summarization of the points and flow of CDM project development, and corresponding prindptes and methods are prosed.
