原位低温阻断肾动静脉肾实质切开取石术治疗复杂性肾结石32例体会

摘要 【目的】探讨原位低温阻断肾动、静脉实质切开取石治疗复杂性肾结石的可行性与疗效。【方法】对32例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。【结果】术后B超及x线法复查,有残余结石仅3例,术后3~4周体外冲击波碎石排出。28例随访8全月至一年。肾功能恢复良好。【结论】原位低温阻断肾动、静脉肾实质切开取石治疗复杂性肾结石,不易致血管损伤,使手术简便、安全。
