摘要
本文以重庆市奉节县为例,探讨了ArcGIS基础上建立县(市)级土地利用数据库的技术流程,对其中的图形数据采集、投影变换、图斑属性数据输入、拓扑和数据变更等作了具体说明。土地利用数据库各类信息的广泛应用,使国土资源土地利用现状资料管理进入科学化、规范化的轨道。
Taking Chongqing Fengjie County as an example, this article discusses technological flow to construct land-use database at County（city） based on ArcGIS, and makes specific explaination to the collection of graphics data, projective transformations, input of patches attribute data, data and topology changes. The widely usecl of land-use database information will make land-use man- agement become more scientific and standardized.
