摘要
江西省赣州市赣江公路大桥主跨408 m,采用单跨地锚式钢箱加劲梁悬索桥结构形式,是江西省赣州市一座重要的公路桥梁。详细介绍了该桥钢箱加劲梁的梁高确定、材料选用、横隔板选型、加劲肋设计、吊杆锚箱设计、钢梁制造、吊装以及排水、防腐等相关设计要点。参考了国外最新的钢桥规范,吸取了国内外钢箱梁设计的成功经验和失败教训,着力解决钢箱梁桥面铺装和局部疲劳破坏的难题。
Ganjiang highway bridge with 408m span is an important ground anchor suspension bridge in Ganzhou,Jiangxi province. In this paper, design issues such as the height of the girders, the material, the type of the crossbeam, the size of ribs, the anchor box of hangers, the manufacture, the hoisting process, the drainage system,the corrosion protection and so on is discussed. Refering to the foreign new code on steel bridges and the successful or fail experiences from other steel bridges, the problem about fatigue and breakage of pavement was successfully solved, which may be helpful for other designers.
