摘要 目的探讨不同种类透析膜对维持性血液透析患者血小板活化的影响。方法30个维持性血液透析患者随机分3组,分别应用二醋酸纤维素膜(CDA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯膜(PMMA)和聚芳砜膜(PES)的透析器进行透析,采用流式细胞仪测定其血透前、血透10 min和血透180 min时的血小板活化指标(CD62P,CD63,PAC-1)的表达,并进行组间比较。结果血透患者在使用3种透析膜透析前血小板活化程度无显著差异;血透过程中血小板活化不断增强,CDA组的活化血小板百分率明显高于PMMA组和PES组;而PMMA组与PES组之间血小板活化改变无显著差异。结论CDA膜在血透过程中对血小板活化的影响明显高于PMMA和PES膜,PMMA和PES膜的生物相容性优于CDA膜。 Objective To study the effect of different dialysis membranes on platelet activation of hemodialysis(HD) patients.Methods Thirty HD patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Three kinds of dialysis membranes were used respectively: group CDA(n=10) using cellulose diacetate(CDA),group PMMA(n=10) using polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) and group PES(n=10) using polyethersulfone(PES).The expressions of platelet activation markers(CD62P,CD63,PAC-1) were measured by flow cytometry(FCM) at different time points(before HD,10min and 180min during HD).The results were compared among three groups.Results The level of platelet activation before HD with different dialysis membranes had no significant difference among three groups.During HD,the level of platelet activation increased gradually.The percentage of activated platelet markers that during hemodialysis(10 min,180 min) in CDA group was significantly greater than in PMMA and PES groups.The percentage of activated platelet had no significantly different between PMMA group and PES group.Conclusion The influence of CDA on the platelet activation is greater than PMMA and PES during hemodialysis,while PMMA and PES might be more biocompatible than CDA.
