摘要
探讨治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效途径
Objective This paper compares the curative effects on chronic pelvic infection wth different methods of treatment in order to find the best method to cure this disease. Methods 180 patients are randomly devided into three groups,60 in each group.GroupⅠ adopts comprehansive treatment of Ultra-short Wave and Computer Medium-frequency Electrotherapy.Group Ⅱ adopts Ultra-short Wave therapy and Group Ⅲ adopts Computer Medium-frequency Electrotherapy.The standards of curative effects are cure,much better, better and no effect.Before and after the treatment B Ultrasonography has been used to observe the changes of the trmour.Clinical observation and contrast have been made to the three different methods between treatment and effect ,course of disease and effect. Results Out of the subjects in each group,44 patients(73.3%)in GroupⅠ,23 patients(38.3%)in GroupⅡ,15 patients(25%)in Group Ⅲ recovered.Differences are evidently seen from statistical figures.They suggest that comprehensive treatment (Guoup Ⅰ)is more effective than single treatment(GroupⅡand GroupⅢ).Between Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ there is no great difference.The effect on different coures of disease shows that the curative effect on the course of disease below 6 months is much greater than that of over 6 months. Conclusions Early physical treatmeat is a more effective method for the treatment of chronic pelvic infectoin.By using comprehensive treatmeat of Ultra-short Wave and Computer Medium-frequency Electrotherapy the best curative effects can be got.
