摘要
本文通过分析高职院校图书馆员的心理与行为特点,以及馆员的消极心理与归因,提出了如何保护和促进图书馆员的心理健康的建议。
The higher vocational colleges librarian＇ s psychological and behavioral characteristics and negative psychological and reasons are analyzed. Some recommendations are proposed to the library managers on how to protect and promote librarian＇s mental health.
