摘要
创新高校干部培训教育新机制是一个系统工程,须在理念创新的基础上,把分析、整合现有制度、借鉴国际先进经验与前瞻性的制度创新结合起来。就机制创新而言,要创新高校干部培训教育的管理机制、运行机制、师资遴选机制、评价机制等内在协调而又充满活力的机制体系。
Innovating a new mechanism is a systematic project for cadres and universities. On the base of concept innovation, it must combine the analysis, tern, drawing training education of colleges integration of the existing syson advanced international experience and forward -looking system innovation. In terms of meeha- nism innovation,we should innovate the internal coordination and dynamic mechanism system for cadre training education of colleges and universities, such as management mechanism, operating mechanism, teacher selection mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms.
