摘要
对正常胆囊、胆囊息肉及胆囊癌进行三维超声成像研究，描述了正常胆囊及胆囊病变的立体图像特征，并与手术结果进行对照。结果表明：在一定程度上三维超声成像弥补了两维超声的不足，所建图像清晰、直观、立体感强，与术中所见一致。
Threedimensional ultrasound imaging (3DUSI) was performed in 10 normal gallbladder and 18 cases with occuping lesions of gallbladder (including polyps and carcinomas of gallbladder).Different 3DUSI views of the gallbladder structures were reconstructed. The location, morphology of the gallbladder lesions could be observed very well from different views. Results showed that 3DUSI study gave a clear stereoscopic of the lesions and provided accurate anatomic data of gallbladder diseases and was in accordance with the results of operation. It is suggested that 3DUSI helps in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbaldder lesions.
