长期血液透析和肾移植患者血清HDL-C和apoA-I水平 被引量：3

摘要 本文对41例慢性肾衰血透患者和17例接受移植肾患者的血清脂蛋白和载脂蛋白水平进行了研究。结果表明,血透病人组HDL-C、HDL_2-C 和apoA-I 明显低子对照组,apoA-I/HDL-C 明显增加,尤其在伴有心血管并发症组更加明显。提示HDL-C 量和质的改变在动脉粥样硬化的进展中超重要作用。肾移植组HDL_3-C 和LDL-C 增加显著;HDL-C 和apoA-I 水平亦明显高于对照组和血透组,且二者呈正相关。但尚不能排除使用激素和/或环孢素影响的可能性。
