摘要
对循环经济在中小城市热电联产企业(简称热电企业)中的应用进行了研究,提出了“水热电联产”的循环经济理念,并以中小城市热电企业为关键种结合污水处理厂构建了一条较为完整的循环经济链,对其物流和能流方式分别进行了分析概述,结果表明,水热电联产可以有效的提高资源利用率,减少环境污染,具有显著的环境经济效益。
The application of circular economy to combined heat and power enterprises (CI-IP enterprises) in small and medium-sized cities is discussed. The theory of combined water, heat and power (CWHP) cogeneration is put forward and an industrial chain consisting of sewage treatment plant and CI-1P plants which are considered as keystone species is constructed. The energy and material flows of CWHP cogeneration are analyzed respectively, and the results indicate that CWI-IP cogeneration can improve the utilization of resources and reduce the pollution of environment, and bring a more economic efficiency and environmental benefits.
