摘要
硬膜外注射小剂量吗啡用于术后镇痛108例（另设100例对照）。应用VAS评分法观察了镇痛效果、持续时间、血压、心率、呼吸频率及血气的变化。结果表明，镇痛组校对照组术后镇痛时间长、效果好，而对血压、心率和呼吸等生命指征无明显影响。
One hundred and eight patients underwent epidually a small dosage of morphine after operation, One hundred cases fell into the control group. The analgesic effect and duration of morphine and the indttced changes of blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate of blood gas were observed. The results showed that there was a better effect and longer duration in morphinegroup.And the small dosage of the agent affected the blood pressure, heart rate and respiration rate nonsignificantly.
