摘要
利用SNK法分析了高压氧对30只老年小鼠四个脑区(海马、大脑皮层、小脑和间脑)突触体内[Ca2+]i的影响。高压氧能降低衰老引起的脑内Ca2+浓度升高,以及不同的氧压对不同脑区的Ca2+浓度降低程度有差异,经常性的吸氧尤其是进行高压吸氧对于衰老引起的学习记忆障碍有一定治疗效果。
The effect of hyperbaric oxygenation treatment (HBOT) on [ Ca2+ ]i in synaptosomes of four brain regions (hippocampus, cerehral cortex, cerebellum and diencephalon) in 30aged-mice was analysed by SNK method. HBOT reduced the higher Ca2+ level caused by aging.There were varieties of Ca2+ levels in different brain regions under various oxygen pressure. Oxygen inhaled regularly, especially HBO, led to good therapeutic effect on aging-related dysmnesia.
