摘要
知识经济是以知识为基础的经济,知识经济时代的国际竞争的焦点是科技和教育。其实质是人才的竞争。师范院校是培养教师的摇篮,应充分认识知识经济时代的特征,并从教学的各个方面主动适应知识经济时代的要求。在培养创新人才上下功夫,使我们高等师范教育成为知识经济时代社会发展的中坚力量。
The knowledge economy is a knowledge -based economy in which science and technology and education become the focus for international competition. Talented people are the essential in the competition. Higher teachertraining universities and colleges should clearly understand the feature of the era, and initiatively adapt the requirements proposed by the knowledge economy. They should make efforts in cultivating students with creativity, thus making teacher - training education the backbone impetus for social development in the era of knowledge economy.
