摘要
在不改造商标织机控制程序的前提下开发了一套基于无线技术的智能化传输模块,取代商标织机原有的磁盘传输装置.编制了一套基于Windows平台的传输控制软件,实现PC主机与商标织机的数据交换,解决了商标织机的信息孤岛问题,为实现商标织机的集群控制和生产管理打下基础.
With the same program of trademark loom control, an approach to develop an intelligent transmission module based on wireless technology to replace the original disk transmission device of trademarks loom was presented. Designing a set of transmission control software in Windows platform not only make data exchanging availabile between PC host and the trademark loom but also avoid the problem of the information from trademark loom isolating, achieving the control management Of clusters in workshop.
