摘要
目的通过对老年性脑血管病导致的精神障碍的脑电图及脑电地形图的研究分析，探讨脑电图及脑电地形图在精神障碍临床诊断中的意义。方法通过对随机抽取的113例因老年性脑血管病导致精神障碍而入院患者的脑电图及脑电地形图采样，并与113例随机抽取的正常老年人的脑电图及脑电地形图进行对比研究分析。结果老年性脑血管病导致的精神障碍患者的脑电图及脑电地形图均明显异于正常老年对照组（P〈0．05）。结论脑电图及脑电地形图诊断对于老年性脑血管病导致的精神障碍患者的临床诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To study brain electrical activity mapping and electroencephalogram of aged patients with mental disorders caused by age--related cerebrovascular disease, to explore their significance in clinical diagnosis of mental disorders. Methods The brain electrical activity mappings and electroencephalograms were analyzed in 113 aged patients with mental disorders caused by age--related cerebrovaseular disease and 113 healthy elders. Results The brain electrical activity mapping and electroencephalogram displayed significant differences compared to healthy elder group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions It is important to examine the brain electrical activity mapping and electroencephalogram for clinical diagnosis of patients with mental disorders caused by age--related cerebrovascular disease.
