摘要
采用工业废液进行了生产4A沸石的试验探讨,并对试验样品进行了化学成分、X射线衍射、红外光谱及电镜分析。结果表明,采用NaY母液合成4A沸石工艺可行,合成产品指标优异,钙交换达到300以上,pH值<11,达到了洗涤助剂的要求。
This article introduced a method to produce 4A zeolite by the use of industrial spent liquor. It analyzed the chemical composition, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum and transmission electron microscopy on the test samples. The results indicated that it is feasible to synthesize 4A zeolite by the use of NaY pregnant liquor; the composed products with excellent indexes reached the requirements of washing assistant, calcium exchange is more than 300 and the pH value is less than 11.
