摘要
将４２例ＮＩＤＤＭ并发周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组、对照组。观察组３０例服黄芪桂枝五物汤，对照组１２例服用ＶｉｔＢ１、Ｂ６，总疗程２个月。结果显示观察组神经传导速度明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５），红细胞山梨醇含量降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），对照组则无明显变化。提示中药黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗ＮＩＤＤＭ周围神经病变，与其能降低神经组织山梨醇水平有关。
42 NIDDM patients with peripheral neuropathy were divided randomly into two groups:experimental group,30 patients,treated with decoction of astragali and cinnamon for two months,control group,12 patients,treated with vitamine B1 and vitamine B6 for two months also.The results showed that the velocity of peripheral nerval conveyance improved significantly(P<0.05) and the erythrocyte sorbitol concentration markedly reduced (P<0.01)in experimental group.While those in control group were not significantly changed.These suggeste that the decoction of astragali and cinnamon could ameiorate the peripheral neuropathy in NIDDM, and this effect may be related to the reduction of sorbitol concentration.
