摘要
用离体豚鼠气管平滑肌条和离体ＳＤ大鼠胸主动脉环作为实验对象，观察青蒿琥酯的松弛平滑肌作用。结果表明：青蒿琥酯有较好的松弛平滑肌效应，其机理可能与影响Ｃａ２＋的跨膜转运有关。
The effects of Artesunate on isolated smooth muscles from the guineapig trachea and thoracic aortic circle from the SpregueDauley rats were studied.The results showed that Artesunate had the effects of tracheaectasy and vasodilatation.The mechanism may be related to its blockade of calcium channel.
