钢铁厂剩余煤气利用装置优化配置

Optimum Configuration of Utilization Device of Surplus Coal Gas in Steel Plant

摘要 利用现有的数理统计理论和方法,建立了钢铁厂剩余煤气产销数学模型,确定了燃气-蒸汽联合循环及常规燃气锅炉的煤气消耗配置方案。以剩余煤气的综合利用率和燃气轮机设备利用小时数为评判标准,对钢铁厂剩余煤气利用装置优化配置进行研究。 Using the existing theory and method of mathematical statistics, the mathematical model of production and consumption of surplus coal gas in steel plant is established, and coal gas consumption distribution schemes of combined cycle power plant (CCPP) and the conventional boiler are defined. With the total utilized coefficients of surplus coal gas and gas turbine's utility hours as evaluation criterion, the optimum configuration of utilization device of surplus coal gas in steel plant is studied.
