摘要
建立了串行生产线模糊控制系统的数学模型,详细描述了模糊控制器的设计,针对问题提出了一种贪婪算法用以解决系统的优化模型。经实例分析,与CONWIP、kanban及Local/Global Pull混合系统进行比较,结果显示模糊生产控制系统不仅能够维持较低的在制品水平和存储费用,而且在订单投放的稳定性方面更是独具优势,提出的贪婪算法也能够满足系统设计的要求。
A simulation model of fuzzy production control system for serial line was built. And the design of the fuzzy controller was described in detail. A greedy algorithm was approached to solve an optimization model built for the fuzzy production control system. The fuzzy control system was compared with CONWlP, kanban and a crisp hybrid system called Local/Global Pull. The results show that the fuzzy control system keeps a lower work-in-process inventory (including finished products), and the fluctuation of order placement in the fuzzy system is rather weaker than those of the other three systems. The greedy algorithm proposed is shown to meet the demand of the system design.
